Lining Up Your Putt
It seems a simple thing but aiming correctly and sending the putt off on the correct line can be more difficult than you would think as for most putts you are not even aiming at the hole but infact playing for some sort of break.
The best method I found to aim correctly is once you select the line, pick a spot approx 12 inches in front of the ball on the line you wish to start the putt on, aim up to hit the ball over that spot as it is much easier to line up on a spot 12 inches away than a target that is not only alot further away but also if break involved not even on the line of the putt.
Once you aim up on the spot forget about it and focus your concentration on the hole as this will allow you to use your feel of the putt to hit it at the correct weight.
